For the longest time I have had two iPods, a larger HDD-based model, and a 2G shuffle. I sold my 160GB classic to pay for my iPhone. I primarily used the shuffle when riding bike on the trails downtown, but I recently purchased a Camelbak backpack with integrated hydration system that has a pouch for a digital audio player at the very top, so now I use my iPhone. The pouch is right behind your neck, so it's rather easy to reach back and pull the iPhone out to change albums.
