My iPod Nano

by July 23rd, 2008 Heather Greer

A couple months ago, I won an iPod Nano and have been using it almost daily ever since. It is a wonderful little device.  I’ve been using it primarily to check my calendar (it syncs with iCal which syncs with my Google calendar) and listen to professional development information from a set a CDs that I bought and loaded into iTunes.  Paired up with the Griffini Roadtrip device, it works very well to make the most of my morning commute.

For the longest time I have had two iPods, a larger HDD-based model, and a 2G shuffle. I sold my 160GB classic to pay for my iPhone. I primarily used the shuffle when riding bike on the trails downtown, but I recently purchased a Camelbak backpack with integrated hydration system that has a pouch for a digital audio player at the very top, so now I use my iPhone. The pouch is right behind your neck, so it’s rather easy to reach back and pull the iPhone out to change albums.
