This is a great post, by the way....why are we always SO afraid of watching what the other guys are doing?  We should embrace it (but not rely on it).  It's just another tool, right?  When I was an actor, I still watched movies and plays, and read books on acting....if only to see what the other guys were doing.  Why shouldn't companies do that?  You can bet that your customers are.  Be ready to learn, and then be ready to leap.  Great post!</description>
